Cheese with my Whine Dear So and So Letters of Intent

Dear So and So...

Letters of Intent

Dear V,

You were a sad, sad disappointment.  You have lost the viewers in this house.  We were soooo excited for you.  You totally suck.

Why can’t we have a nice alien show like Roswell again.  Am I the only one who is sick of aliens wanting to kill us?

Dear Daisy,

Thank you for being super doper adorable.  But, can I make a small request?  PLEASE, for the love of linens, STOP burying your bone in my bed pillows.  I get it.  I get that you are a dog and a digger at that.  BUT… my pillows are starting to feel the pain.  And the hole in my sham is OVER THE LINE Missy!

So, seriously.  Just chew on the damn bone and leave Mama’s pillows alone.  NNkay?

Sleeping on curiously deformed pillows,

Dear Fingers,

WTF dudes? Seriously?!?  Learn to type or you will be replaced.  When I say type www, I did NOT say type wwwwww!  Nnnkay!?!?  We have been over this a gazillion times.  I already have bad grammar and spelling skills in my brain… let’s try not to mess me up even more! Oki doki!?!  Trying to navigate through my life is difficult enough without you trying to eff it up even more!

Dear Monkey,

Unless you are trying to channel Ghandi for a hunger strike, which you’re NOT, then you need to eat.  You are starting to freak me out dude.  Seriously.

Love you baby,

Dear Bathroom Scale,

You suck.  You nasty evil bastard.  Why do you hate me?  If you loved me you would LIE to me and at least give me a number I like.  Instead you lie and tack on at LEAST 80 extra pounds.

That’s my story and I am stickin’ to it,

Big Mama

Dear Rihanna,

In my opinion, your interview on 20/20 last Friday was amazing.  I cried while watching you.  I have enjoyed your music, but didn’t know much about you.  You are now an amazing inspiration.  You have a huge heart.  Your fans are lucky to have you.  Such a young girl with so many years lived already.   I am truly in awe of you.

A supportive fan now for sure,

Hmm.. glad I didn’t miss anything by not watching V. I vaguely remember the “old” one and I think I liked it when I was younger. And now I want to see the Rihanna interview! Darn it!

PS- I got the kids the Imaginarium Classic Train Table (with a Roundhouse?) from Toys R Us.. its on sale right now, and I think it is awesome. I just finished putting it together so they haven’t seen it yet, but I think they will love it. Slightly nervous because it does say it’s for kids 3+, there are a million parts, but I think we’ll be ok. It has sounds and lights and all that jazz, and it’s big enough for all of them to play at the same time. Check my blog tomorrow for pics of the kids (hopefully) loving the new table:)

Great letters!! Isn’t it amazing how our kids can go for days on what seems to be nothing to eat? I wish I could do that…then maybe I wouldn’t have to call my scale a nasty evil bastard as well. LOL

Totally linked up today. I have had good intentions for a WHILE but finally did! Woo hoo!! My husband loves V haven’t watched myself and am not going to now thanks for the tip. Didn’t see the Rihanna interview glad she came off good though being a fan myself. And Monkey will eat eventually if he gets hungry enough hahaha!!

Oh yeah and my scale is an evil nasty bastard too! Damn thing almost gets thrown out the window every day. Maybe I should quit stepping on it if I don’t want to know what it has to say MMMMM.

  5. November 13, 2009 at 11:57 am

I think your scale and my scale must be in cahoots!! GRRRR!! My hubby finally made me promise to stop stepping on it every morning or he was going to toss it. I am nothing if not a good wife! 😉 Ignorance is bliss! (At least til I go to wear my jeans)

We’re loving V in this house! I remember the original series.

I’m glad you are. I never saw the original series. I would have liked it so much more if they were friendly. oh well. *shrug*

  7. November 13, 2009 at 12:15 pm

Oh I feel your scale pain. So much so, that I wrote about my evil scale last week and still hate evil scale this week. WTF?! When I was younger, the scale liked me better!

  8. November 13, 2009 at 1:09 pm

I totally understand the whole scale issue. Mine lies all the time and it is sure getting old that is for sure!

  9. November 13, 2009 at 1:14 pm

    Hi Cass!

Great minds think alike, chica! I wrote a letter to MY bathroom scale today too. Mine was a bit nicer. It was a good week. But usually, I want to bitchslap my scale.

    Great Dear So and So’s!

  10. November 13, 2009 at 2:27 pm

I have no clue what “V” is. Apparently I’m not missing much. Unfortunately I do know what a scale is. My hubby owns a scale company…I should have taken that into consideration when I agreed to marry him. *sigh*

    Thanks for linking up!

  11. November 13, 2009 at 3:33 pm

OH no V turns out not so good? I have it tivoed.

  12. November 13, 2009 at 4:37 pm

I don’t think I have to tell you MY thoughts on “V”. And I liked the old original series too (I downloaded it recently from the webz and watched it all – cheesy ’80s fun). I was stoked for the new version and it sucked the life right out of the atmosphere and made me yell bad words at the TV.

  13. November 13, 2009 at 5:14 pm

How do you know Monkey is NOT channelling Ghandi? eh? 😉 Have a good weekend!

  14. November 14, 2009 at 12:04 am

Ooh. Good letters. And I so agree with you about the possessed scale. The spawn of the devil. Bad scale!

  15. November 14, 2009 at 4:16 pm

Wait until Monkey is a teenager. You will not be able to keep enough food around. Speaking from experience here 😉

  16. November 15, 2009 at 7:57 am

I love the dog letter, and its funny I have a set of bathroom scales that do the exact same thing………we obviously bought our scales from the same defective lot?

I will be happy if I give birth before Tuesday so I don’t have to get weighed again before the baby comes! Scales are all in cahoots in an evil plot to destroy us. Inside lives some stupid skinny bitch who wants to make us miserable. That’s MY story and I’m sticking to it!

  18. November 15, 2009 at 1:06 pm

I was so bummed to hear it was coming on and here’s me with no tv. Now I am relieved I’m not missing out.

I have issues with my fingers too. When they aren’t typing gobbleygook I’ll try to type a word, for instance, only and my fingers will type something like alone. It’s very frustrating. I used to be able to type 120 wpm but not anymore.

My bestest friend also has trouble getting her toddler to eat. She says she dreads meal times and it’s like trying to feed a prisoner on a hunger strike. I wish you the best of lucking getting your Monkey to eat!

I hate scales. They should all be destroyed. In as violent a manner as possible.

    Have a great Sunday!

Well you have internet, and you can watch almost anything on hulu.com. So check it out and see what you think.

HAHA! My fingers have a mind of their own.

      Thanks Raven!

You know, my cat has been trying to bury something in my pillow, too. Don’t think it’s a bone, though. Maybe a rodent? It’s kinda funny that we let small, furry animals sleep in our beds, isn’t it?

about moi…

Hi, my name is Cass. I am married to an amazing man who loves me unconditionally. I’m a stay at home mom to a rockin’ 2 year old boy who I call Monkey. I have an 12 year old step-daughter who lives in another state. We miss her daily. We also have two fur babies, Daisy and Jazz, who keep us on our toes. They are awesome!

I am a complete goofball, a photographer and a constant out loud thinker. I am a grammar challenged, vulgar, cursing, sex obsessed Big Mama fumbling through life. Among other things, I battle PCOS causing infertility, Bi Polar, Anxiety and OCD.

Currently I am riding the fertility roller coaster in an attempt to make Monkey #2. This blog is about a little of everything. I hope you enjoy. Read at your own risk!
